Yakuza 0 is better in almost every single way (better story, better atmosphere, more content) but, being a proper current-gen game, Kiwami 2 looks better. Because 0 is significantly superior overall. I think the gameplay and skill progression and especially boss fights are much better in Kiwami but in general it's not as ambitious of a game.
